Join HEALab and the Health Entrepreneurship + Innovation Club for this hands-on workshop on how to build a pitch for a new startup. Learn how to translate your big ideas into a pitch—a clear, concise and persuasive presentation that communicates your idea succinctly. Come prepared to this interactive workshop with at least one solid idea for a product, service, business or non-profit organization and be ready to craft it into a winning pitch!

As a professional speaker, Kristin Slice has spoken to a variety of audiences around the world about entrepreneurship and inclusion. Currently, she brings her passion for communication to the Edson E+I team as the Sr. Program Manager for Peoria Forward. Kristin loves helping founders hone their visions into effective fundraising pitches for investors and competitions.

This event is open to the public and free to attend. Community ventures welcome!
