Eli Chmouni is a serial entrepreneur who has launched five companies with two acquisitions and one failure. His current company is an out-of-home advertising and media display platform called The Surf Network. In addition to the startup world, Eli is a full-time faculty member in the W.P. Carey management department. Eli has been selected as one of the Top 35 under 35 Entrepreneurs in Arizona and one of the Top 38 Most Influential People in Arizona. He is currently involved in real estate, media, medical funds and entertainment-based businesses.
