Luchadores at ASU Art Museum

¡Happy Cinco de Mayo! In honor of this holiday and our upcoming exhibition, “Lucha Libre: Beyond the Arenas,” the ASU Art Museum is hosting Atlantis, Atlantis Jr., Mephisto and Guerrero Maya Jr., some of today’s most famous Mexican Luchadores. 

Stop by the museum from noon–2 p.m. for autograph signings, take a selfie with a Luchador, grab some delicious drinks from Futuro coffee, check out our recent art exhibitions and enjoy music and food!

Additional events: 

4–6 pm: Luchadores y Mascotas (Luchadores and Pets) at The Arizona Pet Project 

Stop by The Arizona Pet Project and snag your opportunity to have your favorite well-behaved, furry friend take a picture with a Luchador! Learn more about this important organization as it “Supports Families and Saves Pets.” *Please note, all pets need to be on a leash. 

6–8 p.m.: Guest Appearance at Taco Chelo  

Keep the party going and meet the Luchadores for dinner at Taco Chelo, this downtown hot spot taqueria which is a collaboration between Suny Santana, Gennaro Garcia + Aaron Chamberlin.
