Mini Health Screening - ASU benefits-eligible employees can get a free 30-minute health screening with immediate results. Mini health screen tests include: cholesterol readings, blood pressure and triglyceridees. Other tests are available for as low as a $20 copay. Cash, check, MasterCard/Visa are accepted forms of payment. 

Bring your ASU ID and Benefits Options insurance card.
