Mobile On-site Mammography by SimonMed will be at the West campus. MOM’s professional staff uses the latest 3-D digital technology.

What to bring:

• Doctor’s name and address

• Insurance card

• Previous mammogram locations

• Please wear a mask

Women under age 35 need a doctor’s referral. Baseline mammograms start at age 35-39; most insurance plans cover them yearly after age 40.
