Musical Interlude Series: ASU Hybrid Ensemble, Directed by Associate Professor Dr. Garth Paine

Directed by Associate Professor Dr. Garth Paine, the ASU Digital Culture Program presents a concert by the Hybrid Ensemble focusing on new approaches to musical performance and digital interfaces. This event features works composed and performed by Digital Culture students that combine acoustic instruments with live computer based sonic manipulation using such interfaces as musical instruments, microphones, XBox Kinects, Nintendo Wiimotes, Game Controllers, Wacom Tablets, iPads and laptops, plus much more.

This concert takes place at the Musical Instrument Museum.
