ONLINE: Our Entertaining Future

Big Tech’s incursion into Hollywood. Streaming wars. The fate of movie theaters. The advent of augmented reality. The globalization of storytelling, and its audiences. The shifting power dynamics between studios, talent and their representatives. Discerning the future of entertainment was plenty confusing (and exciting or terrifying, depending on where you sit) even before the global pandemic, which has raised a host of new existential questions for the industry.
