Pilot Projects is an institutional initiative that emerged from the ASU Art Museum’s unique ability as a university art museum to be adaptive and experimental. Arising from the pandemic along with a nationwide call for museums to address racial and social justice within their walls, Pilot Projects serves as a vehicle that lets art and artists represent the issues of our time.

"Pilot Projects: Hindsight is 2020 and Making Place/Keeping Place" is sponsored by Laura and Herbert Roskind, Molly DeFilippis, and Beth Ames Swartz and John Rothschild.
