R.A.D. for Men February 2017

This program is designed to empower male participants to make safer choices when confronted with aggressive behavior. It is a minimum nine-hour program, 12 hours with simulation.

Participants will have the following opportunities:

  • consider how they can be part of reducing aggression and violence
  • learn steps to avoid aggressive behavior
  • learn to resist and escape aggressive behavior directed toward them.
  • practice hands-on self-defense skills
  • raise their awareness of aggressive behavior
  • recognize how aggressive behavior impacts their lives

Participants should wear comfortable workout-type attire and athletic or tennis shoes. No sandals or flip-flops.
