"Stigma"
In a culmination of hours spent in the studio creating visual allegories of existence, Alexandra Brunet-Giambalvo, Liliana Cervantes, Melissa Dorazio, Amanda Johnson, Michael Laureta, Nick Rascona, Bradley Thompson and Chase Young present, "Stigma," a collaborative exhibition encapsulating personal interpretation and passion. With skillful hands and a devotion towards a variety of media spanning from the traditional oil painting and sculpture to modern video art, these artists pit social norms against natural forms by diving into the world of social interactions, politics, nature, humor and sexuality. With the goal of igniting conversation, awareness and emotional response, "Stigma," is more than just an art show — it's an experience.
