Former Kellner Family Distinguished Professor and vice chancellor for Academic Affairs, University of Wisconsin and past president of the American Educational Research Association. Dr. Ladson-Billings is a leader in culturally relevant pedagogy. Her most recent book is “The Dreamkeepers: Successful Teachers of African American Children.”

Associate Professor, Department of Psychology, University of Houston. Dr. Gallagher is a leading hope researcher and Editor of the “Oxford Handbook on Hope.”
