ASU Employee Wellness 2025: Mobile mammograms—West Valley campus

Mobile On-site Mammography by SimonMed will be at the Downtown Phoenix, Tempe, Polytechnic and West campus. MOM’s professional staff uses the latest 3-D digital technology. Appointments required, schedule your own appointment online link.   

What to bring:

• Doctor’s name and address.
• Insurance card.
• Previous mammogram location.

Recommended baseline mammograms age 35-40. Recommended annual age 40 & over if you’re at average risk.  Most insurance plans cover them yearly after age 40.
