ASU Employee Wellness 2025: Tabata break

Tabata is a fun, high-impact exercise that provides a quick movement break in your office or home. A Tabata consists of high-intensity interval training that involves 20 seconds of movement and 10 seconds of rest, repeated for eight rounds, totaling four minutes of activity. This session features an energizing warm-up and three different Tabata routines for a comprehensive full-body movement break. Lauren Lewis is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with expertise in strength training, CrossFit, and weightlifting. She earned her master’s degree in Community Health Education from the University of New Mexico.
