Gabriela Lena Frank’s Leyendas: An Andean Walkabout weaves tales of the Andes, blending evocative soundscapes with the vibrant spirit of Andean folklore. Leanna Primiani’s 1001 shines a new light onto the legendary Sheherazade heroine with music that explores her psyche through the use of electronics.
