ASU Wind Ensemble and Wind Symphony
“Tales from Around the World”

Join the ASU Wind Symphony as we celebrate the start of a new semester. The Wind Symphony plays exciting works by Scott McAllister and John Mackey as well as Ron Nelson’s musical travelogue, “Courtly Airs and Dances.”

The Wind Ensemble starts their season off with Lilli Boulanger’s “D’un matin de printemps”
music and is joined by Director of Athletic Bands for a performance of Vincent Persichetti’s monumental Symphony 6 for Band.

“D’un matin de printemps (On a Spring Morning)” by Lilli Boulanger
“Serenade” by Richard Strauss

All Herberger Institute students are eligible for one complimentary ticket. To obtain the ticket, visit the ASU Gammage box office in-person (in-advance or day of the show) with your student ID.
