COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics - Downtown Campus

In partnership with Albertsons/Safeway, ASU Employee Health will provide the new monovalent COVID-19 vaccine to ASU employees and their covered dependents at various ASU greater Phoenix locations.

Both Pfizer (Comirnaty) and Moderna (Spikevas) are available to participants 12 years and older. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends receiving the vaccine at least two months after your last COVID-19 dose. 

Participants will need to bring their medical and prescription insurance cards. You may complete the consent and release form electronically through the online scheduler. Appointments are encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome.
