EAO Mini-Session: Mental health first-aid kit

Just as we use a first-aid kit to take care of our physical health, what if we could use one for our mental health? Join Tai Hooper, LPC at the ASU Employee Assistance Office for a 30-minute session about how to create a mental health first aid kit. Participants will learn how to use various strategies and resources to create an individualized first-aid kit to support our mental health needs.
