Dave Jackson is the former president and CEO of Knight-Swift Transportation, a Fortune 500 company. At $8 billion in annual revenues, Knight-Swift is the largest full-truckload freight transportation company in North America. Jackson began his career with Knight in 2000, becoming the CFO in 2004, the president in 2011, and the CEO in 2015, remaining in that position after the 2017 merger with Swift Transportation.
Jackson is a member of the Dean’s Council at ASU’s W. P. Carey School of Business and the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC). In 2016, Jackson was recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of the 40 most powerful CEO’s under the age of 40.
Jackson has a Global Business degree from Arizona State University. He and his wife, Becca, have five children and live in Phoenix, Arizona. Outside of work, they try to be actively engaged in volunteer opportunities in their community.
