Tournament Format

If we get 30 players:

We will host a private battle royale with all of those in attendance. We will play 7 rounds, with the best squad being determined by cumulative placements and eliminations.

The primary scoring will be based on team finishing rank, just like golf you want the lowest total score across all of the games.

For example, a team finishing 1st will get 1 point. A team finishing 10th will get 10 points. After 7 games we will total up all of the team points and the lowest score wins. If there is a tie, we will break the tie based on the number of eliminations by both teams.

If we get fewer than 30 players:

Each team will join a public lobby and keep a tally of their finishing rank and eliminations. As a team you will participate in 5 public games, with only those games counting towards your final score. The scoring stays the same from above where your team gets points equal to your rank in each game and the lowest score wins.

For the top teams we have 3D printed Apex Legends trophies! Come by the lounge to pick them up if you are joining us online.
