The School of International Letters and Cultures invites anyone who is searching for a place to come and get to know people from across the world or surround themselves with languages from around the globe.
SILC Cafe will be every day during Humanities Week with a different language department hosting each one — and a Sun Devil Rewards secret word each day!
Monday: German
On Monday, the German department will be hosting an exhibit about women in science.
Tuesday: Japanese
Join the Japanese faculty for another year of onigiri! Join us to make this yummy rice snack and also participate in Onigiri Action.
Wednesday: Vietnamese
Need a midday boost? Come by and get a caffeine hit from Vietnamese coffee.
Thursday: Arabic
Join the Arabic faculty to learn the global importance of Arabic through music and calligraphy and other activities.
Friday: Spanish
Enjoy some good rhythm and beats with a journey through the luso-hispanic musical world.
