To mark the 200th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Mexico and the United States, Arizona State University, Universidad de Guadalajara, and the Wilson Center Mexico Institute launched the US-Mexico Bicentennial Kaleidoscope: A Short Film Contest and Festival.
