Eugen lonescu
In 2023, Romania celebrates 30 years since joining the Institution of Francophone, and this anniversary highlights the value and diversity of Romania's contribution within the Francophonie, as well as the actions taken to promote Francophone and its values. And Eugen lonescu is one of them.
If we move beyond the verdict regarding the absurd of lonesco's plays, how else can we interpret this theater? Melodramatic, but also parodic. tragic. but also comical at the same time, mixing the dreamlike fantastic, the miraculous surreal, the gothic and the sublime.
