Amen Ra Mashariki will present opportunities for modern AI to impact climate- and ecosystems-level problems. He will also describe the Bezos Earth Fund's AI for Climate and Nature Grand Challenge, a $100 million, multi-year initiative announced in April 2024, and share relevant insights from research commissioned from Columbia University and Climate Change AI. Mashariki is the Director of AI and Data Strategies at the Bezos Earth Fund, where he works to identify funding opportunities and initiatives that will help ensure climate and nature organizations can use AI effectively for on-the-ground impact.

This is being offered as a hybrid event with in-person and online options to attend.
