The annual NGSC Leadership Conference is a one day professional development conference planned and executed by NGSC student leaders under the guidance of professional staff. This signature event, exclusive to the NGSC, provides students with the opportunity to participate in leadership and professional development workshops, to be moved by relevant keynotes and panel discussions, and to network with community partners and NGSC alumni from the public, private, non-profit, and military sectors alongside their NGSC peers from ASU and the national NextGen network. With over 400 student attendees at the conference each year and nearly 75 guest contributors, the NGSC Leadership Conference fosters a sense of community while developing and inspiring students to impact change as they are equipped with practical leadership skills.
