Phoenix Transect
Phoenix Transect features the work of ASU alumni who participated in a multi-year field study with Professor Emeritus Mark Klett. Images record and explore the changing landscape of the Phoenix metro area, from the expansion of suburbia into the desert and the construction of the light rail system to the photographic cataloging of contemporary artifacts in the Salt River and documenting the foreclosure crisis. The extensive collection of nearly 800 prints from the project is now part of the Northlight Permanent Collection.
Regular gallery hours are Thursday through Saturday | 12 to 5 p.m.
