PLAZA | Opening Reception

Oct. 16 | 6–9 p.m. | Step Gallery

PLAZA is a meeting ground. This traveling exhibition unites photography artists from the University of Arizona in Tucson & Arizona State University in Tempe-Phoenix. Artists were invited to reflect on their relationship to place in regards to belonging, meeting, ancestral roots and isolation; artists were encouraged to reflect on the idea of what it can mean to feel at home in a place or between places.

Curated by Marcus Xavier Chormicle and Oscar Montes.
