Secret Beauties of the Sonoran Desert

Event description

  • Free
  • Professional and career development

Be inspired by the extraordinary nature of the world that surrounds us at the Humanities Institute’s latest exhibition. In “Secret Beauties of the Sonoran Desert,” botanical artist Gabriele Anna Henn captures the subtle and overlooked wonder of desert plants and wildlife through paint, pen, and ink. Take a minute to appreciate the earthly beings that call the Sonoran Desert home, from the whimsical personality of the broad-billed hummingbird to the spiny candy cactus.

Light snacks and refreshments will be served.

Bio: Gabriele Anna Henn has enjoyed painting since childhood.
