Sustainable Event Planner Training at ASU Chandler Innovation Center

Join the University Sustainability Practices team to learn about sustainable best practices for university event planning! This training will be held at the ASU Chandler Innovation Center and is open to ASU staff and faculty from all campuses; this is a great opportunity to network and check out all that ACIC has to offer! The Sustainable Event Planner Training covers all aspects of event planning, including catering, digital marketing, sustainable swag and more! A catered lunch will be provided. Attendees must register online before the session and will receive credit in Workday for completion of the online version of the UBS Sustainable Event Planner training.

Parking at ACIC is free; carpooling is encouraged. Please park in the lot north of the building off E. Chicago Street. The training will be held from 12- 1:30 p.m. in room 102. Please arrive 10 minutes early for parking and sign-in.
