Workday Expo: Virtual Sessions

Learn about Workday, ASU’s new cloud-based system that combines finance, human resources and payroll systems into one. 

Log onto Zoom at any time during the expo. Session topics run approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

After logging in, someone will greet you and provide an overview of the Workday sessions. You can then join breakout rooms at your convenience.

  • Access and update your job details, personal info and emergency contacts.
• Oversee benefits and pay.
  • View your benefits, compensation and payslips.
• Review and request absences.
  • Learn how to request time off and check your leave balances. 
• Search and take professional development courses.
  • Learn how to personalize your learning preferences and take required training.
