We’ll break down what studio life is really like, how to prepare for your courses, and the key steps you need to complete this summer. You’ll also get tips from our team on staying organized, managing your time and avoiding common pitfalls before classes begin. Come ready with questions and leave feeling prepared and excited for what’s ahead.

Join us in person on July 16 for an opportunity to engage with your future artistic community! Manifest your fall semester by designing a vision board, contributing to our community welcome sign and chatting with a current student to get the inside scoop on the School of Art beyond the academics.

Join us for an evening with writer, historian and curator Hugh Ryan in celebration of his new book, My Bad: A Personal History of the Queer Nineties and Beyond.  Ryan will be in conversation with Los Angeles-based author Michelle Tea to discuss how queer life transitioned from private to public in the late ’90s, reshaping fashion, personal expression and the challenges and possibilities LGBTQ people navigated in the new millennium.

Discover the art of performance, songwriting, production, engineering and music entrepreneurship at ASU’s Popular Music Program summer camp.
