The ASU Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate program consists of six hours of interactive in-person instruction covering the quality tools and concepts of Lean and Six Sigma. Instructors will facilitate collaborative sessions that empower individuals with six tools that can be immediately deployed in their work areas.

Additionally, instructors will work with participants throughout the program to ensure each participant obtains a solid understanding of the material that can be applied to their unique organizational challenges.

To earn the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate, participants are required to attend the entire full day course and complete the one-hour final exam with a score of at least 70 percent.
