Every month our Popular Music students come together for an Open Mic at Crescent Ballroom to showcase their skills. Students volunteer to showcase their vocal and instrumental talents to their peers, open to all ASU students.

John Mayhood presents a program of XX and XXI century music.

It’s time for the ASU Popular Music Concert! Come to the Civic Space Park with your family and friends on March 1st at 6 p.m.! Enjoy live performances in the heart of Downtown Phoenix and celebrate the midterm of the spring semester with us!

Each month our community of talented producers meet for 60 Min Flips. The group receives a track to sample, recorded straight from vinyl, and is given 60 minutes to create a beat in any style, any genre. Open to all ASU students.

You better recognize -- let's see how our guest host and three storytellers interpret the theme of "Recognition" in February's show. Awards? Recognizing someone you haven't seen in awhile? We'll take any interpretation they bring to the mic. Our audiences love the connections they end up making between the tellers and stories.

At Gather, you'll always hear one folktale and three personal stories from a stellar group of Valley residents.

Seats are not assigned, arrive early for the best seating!
