The Arizona Contemporary Music Ensemble (ACME) , directed by Simone Mancuso, presents a concert of works for small ensemble, soloists and electronics. Composed within the past few decades, the works included in this program provide a sample of the varied creative activity in the music of our time.

The ASU Wind Ensemble welcomes to campus Dr. Gillian MacKay, Professor of Music and Director of the Wind Ensemble at the University of Toronto, to conduct David Maslanka’s Traveler. We are also excited to share the stage with ASU’s bassoon professor Dr. Albie Micklich on the consortium premiere of Nico Muhly’s Reliable Sources.
