This information session will provide an overview of competitive fellowships that can be used to support different steps of the dissertation process, such as: research design, data collection and analysis, and writing the dissertation. We will explore awards such as the Mellon/ACLS Dissertation Innovation Fellowship, the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program, the Google PhD Fellowship, the Fulbright U.S. Student Program, the AAUW International Fellowship, the Chateaubriand Fellowship, the Boren Fellowship, and the AAUW American Dissertation Fellowship.
These information sessions are the first step for collaborating with ONSA on awards that support graduate study and research. They occur on the third Tuesday of every month and are a general introduction to finding competitive fellowships and grants that support graduate students’ development as researchers and scholars.
