Join the ASU Library in making a lasting impact through our Book Drive supporting local school-aged children. Together, we can help kids discover the joy of reading, strengthen their literacy skills and open new worlds through books.

We’re collecting new and gently used books (grades K–6) for the United Way “Book in a Bag” program and a local elementary school from November 4 to December 6.

Winter has arrived! Join us to create winter themed crafts and decorations as we bring the winter spirit to the middle of the desert. No skill level or artsy abilities needed, all are welcome at this craft-tastic event!

Join the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts to discover how history comes alive through interactive exhibits created by students in history, STS and MVS courses at the Polytechnic campus. Explore topics such as engineering history, European history, aviation history, military studies, and science, technology and society — all showcasing hands-on humanities research. ✨

Barrett Honors College Polytechnic students are invited to stop by the Poly Picnic, grab some lunch and chat with the Faculty Honors Advisors for Software Engineering, Nursing, and Business. Chat about the major, faculty and their projects, the Barrett thesis process, and other opportunities.

Enjoy family-friendly crafts and activities, such as skull painting and creating altar frames, paper flowers and flower crowns. Immerse yourself in the tradition of the Catrina with face painting and play a game of Medical Lotería, hosted by the College of Health Solutions.

Join us for a panel discussion exploring the intersection of science, technology, and military innovation. This conversation examines how technological, scientific, and medical expectations have compared with real-world applications in military contexts throughout history. Panelists bring expertise in teaching Military and Veterans Studies and Science, Technology, and Society programs in various areas of research, including the development of light vehicles in 20th-century warfare, helicopter technology, and Igor Sikorsky's contributions, as well as innovations in French military medicine.

Do you have a love for animals? Are you interested in learning about classes, programs, clubs and other opportunities in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts (CISA) where you can think about animals from diverse disciplinary perspectives? If so, join us for an informational session about animal studies, an interdisciplinary field that examines nonhuman animals from a variety of academic contexts.
