AZCALL is a conference held each year that brings together computer-assisted language learning (CALL) enthusiasts from around the state and region to share ideas, network and receive valuable feedback on scholarly research, academic papers and major conference presentations which are in progress or preparation.

This year's AZCALL Conference features talks by Greg Kessler from Ohio University and Okim Kang from Northern Arizona University.

The Humanities Institute (HI) Book Award celebrates outstanding writers whose contributions to the humanities change the conversation by fostering new directions for their discipline.

Professor Jo Guldi's The Long Land War: The Global Struggle for Occupancy Rights is the HI 2024 Book Award winner.

Harry Wood Gallery is pleased to present "Fieldnotes", a group exhibition of works by current MFA students in the School of Art. Each artist presents elements of their creative research; highlighting areas of experimentation, cross-disciplinary exchange, and dialogue with place. 

The artworks range from material explorations to perceptual investigations, including ceramics, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and video.
