Join the GAME School in the ASU Esports Lounge for a day of community and video games. We will be hosting a free-to-play day in the Esports Lounge from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m.! It's the perfect time to bring your squad or find a new gaming group. All of the computers will be open and free to use, along with our two PlayStation 5 consoles and Nintendo Switch. 

Based on years of fieldwork in China and Asheville, NC, as well as new research in Tokyo, Southern Japan, Texas and Arizona, this informal discussion will consider the vexed relationship between New Age spirituality, group tourism and the natural landscape.

About the speaker

We are delighted to welcome pianist Gile Bae to Arizona State University. Ms. Bae will be teaching a masterclass to students in the ASU School of Music, Dance and Theatre Keyboard area. 

Gile will also perform a few solo selections in a special recital from 12 to 12:30 p.m., followed by the masterclass from 12:30 to 2 p.m. 

Both events are free and open to the public.
