De-Stress Fest at West

Join us as we celebrate the end of the semester with our bi-annual De-Stress Fest at West! Take some time to relax, have a little fun before finals week, and treat yourself to some cool swag!

There will be snacks, massage chairs, guided yoga and meditation workshops, a gaming station, and student leaders from many different clubs will be on hand to demonstrate how to make zen jars and succulents.

The Aca Devils will perform live featuring some of their new songs. For those who would like to give back to children in need, you can also participate in making bunny figurines and tic tac toe games which will be gifted to the children's hospice at Ryan House.
