TEDxASUWest 2020: Community Transformed

About our event

“Communities” are often presented as divisive groupings that pit one set of interests against another. In a time when individuals self-report increasing loneliness and anxiety, community can provide companionship and support. Our event seeks to focus on that transformational power and what communities can achieve. Our speakers, ranging from researchers, to students, to performers, will explore their own discoveries and the value of shared experiences. We hope audience members will examine their own understanding of community, recognize the transformative nature of connections and proactively seek out methods of engagement.

COVID-19 Update

In an effort to keep our community safe, our team has decided to shift TEDxASUWest 2020: Community Transformed to a virtual format via YouTube Live. We are always looking for innovative ways to share ideas worth spreading and we are excited to be able to bring our event to you — wherever you may be!
