Join OVMAE for an evening of veteran storytelling as part of our Verses for Vets program, led by Rosemarie Dombrowski, Poet Laureate of Phoenix. In partnership with the West Valley Women Veterans Group and Veterans Writing Circle members, veterans will share original written pieces reflecting their experiences, service, and life beyond the military.

AFTC’s Interactive Murder Mystery Fundraising Gala

We’ll Wine, Dine & Solve Crime because a little party never killed nobody!

The Almost Famous Theatre Company is hosting its annual gala event at the ASU Kerr Cultural Center on February 20th from 6:00–10:00 p.m. The 1920’s interactive Murder Mystery Gala will feature an open bar, appetizers, dinner, live entertainment, raffles, silent and live auctions! The event is a significant fundraiser for the company, which aims to support artistic and educational programs in our community.

Experience the artistry of the ASU Classical Guitar Studio in an inspiring evening of music, featuring a vibrant blend of solos, small ensembles, a powerful full guitar orchestra, and a special appearance by a distinguished local high school ensemble. From delicate, intimate melodies to bold, dynamic ensemble works, the program celebrates the rich traditions and expressive range of the guitar. This concert is dedicated to honoring the transformative work of Rosie's House, a Phoenix nonprofit committed to providing high-quality, free music education to children.

Students from ASU's classical, jazz, and popular music programs come together for an imaginative and genre-blending performance that highlights the unique strengths of each style. Featuring solo and collaborative works, the program explores the creative possibilities of cross-genre music-making--all centered around the world's most beloved instrument: the guitar.
