Pilates — West

Strengthen, sculpt and lengthen your muscles to develop balanced muscles, breath awareness and better back alignment. Pilates exercises can increase core strength and stability for optimized performance in daily living activities. A Sun Devil Fitness Complex instructor will be leading the class. Please bring a towel or mat and water, and come dressed to participate.
