In today's complex business environment, negotiation is an essential skill for business and legal professionals to achieve their objectives while maintaining positive relationships. The Negotiations and Influence program is offered in partnership with ASU's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. This program combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications, it explores key aspects such as cultural awareness, managing tensions between and among negotiating parties, and strategic planning.
