Emergency Management Training Day

The Emergency Management Training Day will showcase strategies and best practices to prepare for, respond to, recover from and mitigate the impact of emergencies and disasters.

ASU public safety teams and campus stakeholders will present various topics during the day in 45-minute increments. Attendees can also speak with ASU public safety representatives.

Stay for specific sessions or come and go as you please.

Join EHS for a heat stress awareness event, where we'll share tips and information on staying safe and healthy during the hot summer months. Our team will cover topics such as recognizing the signs of heat exhaustion, staying hydrated and taking breaks in the shade. You'll also have the chance to pick up some swag. Don't miss out on this opportunity to stay cool and informed at the EHS heat stress awareness event!

How does U.S. diplomacy work to promote human rights and democracy and combat authoritarianism, violations of human rights and Genocide? These and other urgent questions will be addressed in a special guest lecture on West Valley campus with Jeffrey Sizemore, Senior Advisor on Atrocity Prevention with the U.S Department of State.

Join ASU faculty experts, Professor Jeffrey Kassing and Associate Professor Lindsey Mean, who appear in the documentary, for a screening and engaging discussion of the docuseries 2nd episode ‘Fresh Stars and Old Curses’.

We would like to invite you to the West Valley Campus Public Safety Community Forum to discuss issues related to campus safety and security.

The forum is set for Thursday April 11, 2024 from 2pm-3:30pm and will be held in the University Center Building - room 240.
