ASU Employee Health, in partnership with Albertsons and Safeway, will provide Pfizer (Comirnaty) and Moderna (Spikevax) vaccinations to ASU employees and their covered dependents 12 years and older. There are no out-of-pocket costs; the insurance will be billed. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends receiving the vaccine at least two months after your last COVID-19 dose.

Our third film in the West Valley Film Series, Demon Mineral, is part of the campus Native American Heritage Month Celebration, which will be screened on Wednesday, November 6 @ 7:00 pm in CLCC Lecture Hall. An award-winning documentary, this film can be considered an “anti-Western,” flipping the classic cinematic paradigm by centering the voices and experiences of the Dine community to explore the legacy of uranium mining in Dine Bikeyah, the sacred homelands of the Navajo, where over 500 unremediated mines are scattered across an area the size of West Virginia.

Each year, the ASU Foundation launches Sun Devil Gratitude Week, a passionate tribute to the people who fuel ASU. It's more than just appreciation—it's a full-force celebration of the supporters, students, faculty and staff who make this university excellent and impactful! Starting as a single-day event on National Philanthropy Day seven years ago, SDGW has grown to a week-long celebration that focuses on instilling a culture of gratitude that can be carried throughout ASU all year long.
