Students are invited to receive help requesting Adobe Express license access during this drop-in session. In-person assistance will be available at the Tech Hub Downtown, located in the University Center (UCENT), room L1-80, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

In coordination with the American Bar Association's Mediation Week 2022, the Lodestar Center for Dispute Resolution and Student Dispute Resolution Group (DRG) are co-hosting ASU Law ADR Week.

ADR Week will welcome experts in the fields of mediation, arbitration, negotiation, and more to speak on the field of ADR and the skills needed to be a successful ADR professional.

This highly engaging conference focuses on the practical and emerging issues affecting the practice of law in the digital age. Leading jurists, attorneys and technologists will walk you through the latest cutting-edge issues in eDiscovery, information governance, privacy, security and new forms of electronically-stored information. All who participate — whether new to eDiscovery or building on their expertise — will find valuable knowledge and networking opportunities.

The conference will cover a range of important topics, including the recent ASU Navajo Nation Law partnership with Diné College and the Navajo Nation, 638 contracting, voting issues in the 2024 election, researching Navajo law, corporate boards and litigation, employment law, and fundamental law.

In today's complex business environment, negotiation is an essential skill for business and legal professionals to achieve their objectives while maintaining positive relationships. The Negotiations and Influence program is offered in partnership with ASU's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. This program combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications, it explores key aspects such as cultural awareness, managing tensions between and among negotiating parties, and strategic planning.

Athletes and influencers interested in leveraging your image and influence to monetize your personal brand are invited to join us in person or via livestream on Oct. 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT to discuss Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) at Arizona State University (ASU)'s Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.

Join the Center for Innovation in Healthy and Resilient Aging (CIHRA) for an unforgettable evening of storytelling, reflection, and thought-provoking conversation. 

The event features a screening of Not Another Second, a short film about 12 LGBTQ+ older adults honoring their resilience and challenging us to reflect on the intersections of aging, identity, and social justice. An expert panel and facilitated discussion will follow the screening. The evening ends with time to network and interact with new friends and colleagues.
